Extended Day

EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM 2024-25
(Please register early so we can determine staffing needs.)

The monthly payments begin in August, which is pro-rated off the usual monthly fee.
December payment will be prorated to ½ of the regular monthly fee. These are the only
months that will be different than the amounts listed below. Monthly payments are due at
the same time as when tuition is due.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EXTENDED DAY
FOR CHILDREN ENROLLED IN PK-3 and PK-4
This program is for students of teachers, working parents, or parents who want a longer school day
for their children. It is not a continuation of the morning academic program. Students enjoy social
activities and free play in learning centers. They have the opportunity to participate in circle time,
story time, music activities, art activities, and outdoor activities. Children have the opportunity to
nap, rest, or enjoy some quiet time. Students may bring a lunch and a drink each day or they may
participate in the four or two days hot lunch program and/or Wednesday personal pan pizza lunch.
The program is located in the Reese Building and on the preschool playground.
EARLY CHILDHOOD – PK-3 & PK-4 EXTENDED DAY FEE SCHEDULE
11:30 am - 5:30 pm
5 days per week $ 260.00 per month
3 days per week $ 200.00 per month
Late Pick-Up Fees after PK school dismissal: 11:40-12:00 – Flat rate of $5.00 per each day.
An additional fee of $5.00 will be added for each ten minutes past 12:00 noon.
Drop-In Fees for Unregistered Extended Day Program: (When space is available)
11:30 am – 5:30 pm Flat Rate of $20.00 (No pro-rating for earlier pick-up)

EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM
FOR CHILDREN IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 5
This program is offered only to Christ Episcopal School students. Its purpose is to provide a
neighborhood-like place for children of teachers, working parents, or those who need a later school
pick-up time. Time is available for children to participate in learning centers, reading, art activities,
board games, and to complete homework. A snack is provided each day. The program is located
in the main building’s School Hall and/or Bailey Room and on the playground for K - Grade 5.
3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
5 days per week $ 125.00 per month
3 days per week $ 85.00 per month
Drop-In Fees for Unregistered Extended Day Program: (When space is available)
3:00 - 5:30 pm Flat Rate - $ 20.00 (No pro-rating for earlier pick-up)
Late Pick-Up Fee after school is dismissed at 3:00 pm: 3:10 - 3:30 pm – Flat rate of $5.00.
An additional fee of $5.00 will be added for each ten minutes past 5:30 pm.
