New Student Admission Fee - Kindergarten – Grade 5 - (one-time fee) $50  

Other costsClass supply list and other supplies and field trips fees needed throughout the school year.

MEMBERS OF CHRIST CHURCH:  Communicants in good standing of Christ Episcopal Church will receive a $300.00 discount from the yearly tuition of one child.  The discount is deducted from the child's last tuition payment in April, 2025.

FAMILIES WITH 2 OR MORE STUDENTS REGISTEREDThe second sibling discount is $300 off the yearly tuition.  The discount is deducted from the second child’s last tuition payment in April, 2025.

PAYMENT SCHEDULEThe non-refundable Registration Fee is due upon enrollment.  The first tuition payment is due by May 5, 2024.  This payment is not refundable after June 1, 2024. Monthly tuition payments are due on or before the fifth day of each month from August, 2024 through April, 2025.  A $10.00 late fee is charged after the tenth of the month.  

PAYMENT PLANSYou may choose the 10 month payment plan: May, 2024 (excluding June and July) and August, 2024 to April, 2025 or the 12 month payment plan: May, 2024 to April, 2025 (tuition payments must be made in June and July, 2024).  Yearly tuition must be paid in full by April 5, 2025. 

PREPAID DISCOUNTYou receive a discount of 5% off tuition if it is paid in full by August 16, 2024.  

ADMISSION EVALUATIONNew preschool students must participate in a school readiness evaluation, administered by school personnel.  A developmental evaluation is given to new students entering kindergarten and first grade.  An achievement evaluation may be administered to new students entering second through fifth grades.  

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE is available for students enrolled in kindergarten - grade 5 whose families qualify based on financial need.  Information and applications are available in the school office.   

OPTIONAL PARTICIPATION FEES Information is issued separately regarding the following:

  • Hot lunch program
  • Extended Day program 
  • Fundraisers such as T-shirts, Book Fair, Annual Giving Campaign, Annual Auction, and Pumpkin Patch

WAITING LISTWhen a class is filled to maximum capacity, a numbered waiting list is created. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND A SUMMARY OF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:  New student’s parents must provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate, immunization record, previous school records, and documents of custody arrangements, if applicable.  If you have questions about the admission or registration process, please call Sandi Hopson, Business Manager, at 564-0621.
